IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT 

Haroon Majid (Solicitor) - Director Of Operations

The Immigration Department is headed by Haroon Majid, who has extensive experience in dealing with matters of a wide variety of immigration matters, Haroon Majid (Date of Admission 2002).

Haroon has previously worked in the private and voluntary sector, he has experience in Criminal Law, Welfare, Debt, Housing Law and Civil matters.

Amolak Authi, Solicitor

Amolak Authi is a specialist Immigration Casework and has been working in the Immigration field since 1999.

He has extensive experience of representing the client’s before the Immigration Asylum Chamber on Immigration, Nationality and Asylum matters.

He is currently undertaking the qualification to become a Solicitor Advocate and will heads the Advocacy Department at Aman Solicitors Advocates.

Shahbon Hussain, Solicitor

Shahbon Hussain has been working in the Immigration field for a period of 8 years and has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of cases including entry clearance, asylum and European Economic Area (EEA) applications.


CIVIL DEPARTMENT


Amjad Khan (Solicitor) - Managing Director, having previously worked for a firm of Solicitors specialising in Civil Litigation matters. Amjad has extensive experience of dealing with a variety and complicated civil litigation matters.

Nesar Afsar, Solicitor - Has extensive experience in dealing with complicated Civil Litigation matters including Commercial and Contract disputes.

Mohammed Abbasi, Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive - Has been working in the Legal field since 2004, practising in the areas of Insolvency, Debt recovery and Personal Injury. 

Zahid Younis, Microsoft Certified Professional. As well as assisting the Civil Department and overseeing case management system, Zahid is responsible for Information Technology Support and Development.

Other Staff

The Departments is assisted by experienced Administrative and Support Staff.
